Policy

Weekend rates are applicable on Friday & Saturday nights
Rates will be different for long weekend, Diwali Weekend (18-26 Oct), 15th December 2025 till 4th January 2026, 26th January 2026
Weekend (23-26) and Holi weekend (1st-7th March)

Inclusions

American Plan (APAI)

Accommodation, 01 cycle of meals, in-room tea / coffee and applicable taxes

Child Policy

Children upto 05 years of age – Complimentary
Children between 06 years upto 12 years, sharing same room – chargeable at ₹1500 per night, per child (on APAI plan)
Children above 12 years upto 16 years, sharing same room – chargeable at ₹2500 per night, per child (on APAI plan)

Extra Person

Adult (>16 years), sharing same room – chargeable at ₹3000 per night (on APAI plan)

Payment Policy

50% payment payable at the time of booking to hold the reservation
Balance 50% to be payable 15 days prior to arrival / check-in date to mark final confirmation
If reservation is done within 15 days of arrival, 100% payment will be required
If balance payment is not made within the period, reservation will remain tentative and given to the next confirmed booking

Cancellation Policy

Condition	Charges
45 days before Check-in	10% of total invoice amount
Between 44 – 30 days before Check-in	30% of total invoice amount
Between 29 – 15 days before Check-in	50% of total invoice amount
Between 14 – 07 days before Check-in	75% of total invoice amount
Bookings cancelled within 07 days / No Show	100% of advance paid will be non-refundable
